Crikey ..... get a load of this?? They made my crate into a cave. I love it ..... what do you think??
Yep ..... they took the door off ..... It's taken 4 years but I can now be left at home alone for 3 whole hours without wrecking the house. 4 hours might test me though.
OMD!!! I remember when that happened to me...but I was less than two...well, I was put in the crate cause I wanted to pester the felines here...then that was only at night...and soon after that I didn't need the door shut at all...and I can be left for hours upon hours... Long time ago, the peeps had family trouble and I went to my doggy cousin, and the whole crowd left both of us loose for 13 hours...OMD! No messes were evfur discovered...BOL!
Congrats, Charlie on your latest achievement! Your cave is cavernous! And comfy looking, too!
You know what Charlie? They keep telling me that us pups are supposed to like being in caves, but me, not so much. Seems like the whoke arrangement is working out well for you though. Except, of course, the being left alone bit. Toodle pip! Bertie.

Mom took the door off angel Maggie's crate because she didn't need it for security and she loved it in there but she never had a cool cover like yours! What a neat cave, Charlie!
Coolio cave, Charlie! Dood, thanks fur lettin yur Mum have a look at my snow piccies agin. My life is samo-samo jus' not mush to bark 'bout. But we are all still a-kickin!
Crikey Charlie... your peeps are like mine..they are slow to pick up but when they do they have the bestest ideas! I LOVE IT. Just the kinda place a kitty would love to share with her bestie down under. So I guess you feel very secure and safe in there....WTG good buddy Madi your bfff
Mom and Dad are ting to train Rocky Joe to like his cage. Not easy when you're 13 years old. But he hurts himself when they're gone by running up and down stairs and jumping up on the table. I'm much more reserved and ladylike. But your cave looks wonderful. I like the covers to touch my head when I burrow.
That looks very comfy indeed! I have a nice doggie bed in the corner with one of my soft blankets on it. Trouble is, I like to rearrange it when I settle in for a nap. Congrats on being able to be good while the folks are away, even if it's just for three hours.
What a great cave, Charlie!!! And how pawesome that you can come and go as you please. Misty had to have the door locked when the humans were away for a while, but she learned fast how to be a good girl. Her crate is still there with the door open, but she only goes in once in a while. We think it needs a new occupant:)
What are great cave you have. I can't believe you would tear the house apart in 3 hours time. I could have 20 pairs of shoes and a sofa gone but I am being a good boy. For now. xo Astro
Lovely cave I think it looks very cosy. I once visited a family in England they had two greyhounds and a very large cage in the kitchen and if they were missing for any longer than a hour the dogs were put in the cage because they did so much damage and it was too cold to leave them outside so behave yourself that is the next step. Love your Cave! Sophie and Maizie are now 16 months old, but it will be a while before they are allowed unsupervised freedom. I've never had such naughty collies as these two!
But I love how you have your space decorated, it looks very comfy!

Your own man-cave! And no door! You can do it, Charlie, you can even do four....so long as there are good boy treats afterwards.
