It wasn't too bad a day after all!!

I didn't get icecream for breakfast BUT I got icecream for dinner!!  How good was that??  It wasn't too bad a day after all, aye??  We spent the day with Nan. She's ok by the way.  Thanks so much for all your kind thoughts and prayers for her. They were very much appreciated and certainly worked. Mum thought Nan was pretty crook after talking to her on the phone and, although she's not great,  when we got there she was sitting up in her chair and looking quite bright. She did have to lie down  after a while  but she was a lot better than Mum was expecting. We will be staying in Sydney for the next week so we will be spending a lot of our time visiting her. I can go too so it's all good. Nan had a little cake for me for my birthday.

Ok ..... it's pink!!!!!  Nan's blind ... truly! ..... she wouldn't have known what colour it was.

Not being one to disappoint I was going to eat it anyway!  Besides .... I quite like pink!!

Crikey ..... did you cook this Nan? ..... It's a bit chewy!!

When we left Mum and Dad took me to a dog park. It's in an old cemetry and I've been there before.

These are very old graves. I'm sure the inhabitants like having us around. Better than not having any visitors, aye?? We keep 'em entertained even if we do pee on 'em occasionally.

I know a lot of the dogs and it was good to catch up with them all again.  I had a real good run with a greyhound cross called Halle.

She was named after Halle Berry.  I think you might know why, aye??
After the park we went out for dinner.  It was an Indian restaurant and they allowed dogs in their courtyard garden setting  so I went too. How good was that??  I didn't get any food but I did get lots of attention and pats.  The owner of the restaurant said I was the best behaved dog they had ever had there.  See ..... I can be good if  I set my mind to it. When we got home I had another surprise. There in the middle of the loungeroom floor was a brand new bed. OMD you should see it. It's all cosy and warm and ever so soft. I couldn't get into it quick enough.   
 

What ya reckon??  It's still got the price tag on. That's a bit rude, aye??

Crikey ...... I like this .....  I like this a LOT!! It's got handles and folds up like a big shopping bag.  We can take it so I'm comfortable when we go to restaurants. Spoilt ...... ME!!!!  Nooooooooooooo ...

BUT THEN ... the best part .......  Mum had an icecream waiting in the fridge for me. She held it for me  ... CRIKEY .... was it good???  It took me about 87 minutes to eat it. I really took my time and just licked and licked. It was HEAVENLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A WHOLE icecream ....... all for ME!!!!!!!!

Nearly done .....

It wasn't too bad a day after all, aye??   Except ........ I saw photos of my, my, my ....... OMD ..... my sister (surely not) .... Miss Poppy PPP's party.  Crikey ..... she had a GREAT day!!!!!!!!!!!!  I'll show you those pics when Mum works out how to get them off the ipad.
