Diggin'? ...... Not for me!!!!!

Crikey ...... you're not going to see me diggin'!!   Don't know if you saw my Jo's  pet chook that likes to sit on the vacuum thingy but I damn near killed it the other day.  Don't think I'll be getting to visit with the Grandkids and my best mate, Murphy, any time soon.
Murphy .... he's a bit of a serious bloke but an awful good stick!!

He always looks kinda sad .... don't now why. My 2 legged sister, Jenni, rescued him from a pretty bad puppy farmer and he has the best life in the world now!!

Crikey ..... I love the beach but Murphy LOVES the beach! He really goes for it ..... BIG TIME!

It went like this. Mum was babysitting and I went along for the ride. I do so like to play with Murphy and, as they live on acreage, we have the best time. The house has a fence all around it and most of the time Murphy and I stay in that part of the yard but every so often when there is a grown up human around we are allowed out in the paddock where we run and run and play ball and sniff and smell critters and all sorts of things.

Murphy doin' some good sniffing in the paddock!!
Any rabbits out there?????

See that fence around the yard! That's where I'm supposed to stay. Crikey that retaining wall looks crook. Better get someone to paint it, aye??
Whoops .... sorry but it's hard to keep clothes on that little one!!

And this is Miss cheeky Izzi!!
Well and good you say but the other day whilst Mum was babysitting I decided I wanted to go for a run in the paddock. Oh ...... I forgot .... the chooks live in their pen in the paddock ..... when they're not riding around on vacuumy things that is!! Well ... I got out into the paddock all by myself ...... I DUG UNDER THE HOUSE FENCE .... AND ..... I started digging my way into the chook pen. Mum was busy with the kids and didn't notice I had dug my way out into the paddock. She did, however, notice, that I was trying to dig my way into the chook pen.  What a commotion!  Those chooks can make a heck of a racket when they want to, aye? Mum came a running and before I knew what hit me I was back inside the house yard and THEN .... back inside the house with all the doors locked!!!! What's with that ...... I only wanted to play with them. My Jo plays with them. Why can't I??????????
Anyway ..... I got into trouble BIG TIME and Mum said if I EVER do that again it won't be a hole I'm diggin' .... IT WILL BE MY GRAVE!!!!!!!       Crikey ..... you're not going to see me diggin'!!!!

Wanna run ..... Love, Charlie ...

I was there again today and that little one looked beautiful when I arrived. All dressed up. Took her about 10 minutes and she was stripped bare again. Mum reckons she's going to gaffer tape her clothes on her.

  8. Hey Charlie!
Wow, I don't blame you for digging into those chooks! I bet they're tasty and if they're loud it's a better reason to bash them. BOL Obviously you're a super digger and I'm well impressed. I don't think it should have caused any trouble at all. Hope you and your furiend Murphy get to run about again soon. :)

  9. What's a chook? You mean a chicken? Funny, my human who lives in Boca Raton Florida just sent pictures of the local rooster who beats up all the stray cats out there. There's a good TDB story in them! haha!

    1. That was a good rooster story, Chester. I read it earlier! A chook is a chicken. You got it right!!

    1. he's a real good bloke, Chester but he doesn't chase the chooks like I do. That's something I just don't understand. I keep up with the little ones real good. I'm a very fast sort of bloke but Mum and Dad struggle a bit. They have to go to bed very early after an arvo with the kids.

When my Momma's youngest were lil, she would have da turribull twos and get all het up and then off da clothes would come, no matter where she wuz! She were hot, so she'd try to get cooler by gettin' nekkid!
Once Momma went to da vet to leave her basset Sam fur a tooth cleanin... well, da lil one didn't like dat, she wanted her pup back... "Where's Sammy, I wants Sammy!" and da nextses thang Momma knows, Ally are streakin' da vet office, buck nekkid, lookin' fur their dog... hahahahah.... da vet and his wife were da onliest ones there and they got a good laff 'bout it, too!! Said they'd had a streaker as well...

    1. Must be the age. Our little stripper, Georgia, will be 2 on the 23rd of this month. She strips off anywhere and everywhere too. Gotta watch her like a hawk. Too funny in the Vet's office. My 2 legged sister, Georgia's Mum, once stripped off in a shopping centre and jumped into a fountain whilst my Mum was having coffee with her sister. Crikey!!!!!!!!!! Were they bad parents or what??????
