Crikey ...... poor Mum's brain's fried. She's just got a new computer which is on a different operating system to her old computer. My two legged sister, Megan, set it all up for her yesterday and did a great job but now she's on her own and she reckons her head hurts big time. I must say she hasn't really been with it today. She nearly pranged the car on the way to the beach this arvo and she's yelled at Dad a few times today. She hasn't yelled at me yet but I've been keeping a very low profile. So I've decided to give her a bit of a break from her secretarial duties for a while. We will try to keep up with everything that is going on but we won't be commenting or posting until she gets her brain back into some semblance of order. I sure hope you will forgive me but I think it's for the best. I sure don't want to put any more pressure on her at the moment. One near miss in the car is enough for me.
I'll leave you with a few photos of the REAL me just so you don't forget me and I'll be back ASAP!!
I LOVE all you blokes and sheilas and I'm sure goin' to miss you.
Wanna run ....... Love Charlie.

Our Dad went through something similar when he got a new laptop with windows 8 on it - he hated it so much and didn't understand it. He eventually found a patch he could use to make it look like the older version of windows that he was more familiar with.
ReplyDeleteNo worries Charlie we will see you when we see you. Hope mum has a great break. We all need one now and then. Have a terrific Tuesday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly

ReplyDeleteIt's sad that getting a new PC is so frustrating, but it always is! That learning curve is frustrating! It's bad enough going from one Windows release to another, but changing altogether must be a nightmare!
