Remember ages ago I said I'd post a video of our Aussie bellbirds so you could hear them. Well Mum tried and tried and couldn't do it so gave up. She had another go today and
IT WORKED or at least she thinks it works so if it has have a listen to this. If it
DOES work I'll be
AMAZED but I've gotta give her credit for trying, aye?? So here goes ...... hopefully you'll be able to hear the bellbirds. Mum loves 'em. So do I. I do the head cocking thing when I hear them. Do any of you blokes do that head cocking thing when you hear different noises? I do it all the time.
Crikey ... I think she did it ..... the woman's a GENIUS! I take back everything I've ever said about her being hopeless.
Can you hear them??? Bellbirds!! How beautiful are they??
Wanna run .... Love, Charlie.
Wow their sound is so different, we got nothing like that here in Texas. Good job mom and thanks for sharing.

Those cranes are beautiful Mr JF Sir .... I saw them dancing on someones blog. Was it yours or Coco Rose and Puffys? Oh .... Coco Rose .... I'm so sad for them still. DeleteI have them in my blog...an in My Dogster page called Freckles Specials.
DeleteGrolmy says she sees the cranes do synchronized flying, like a slow dance in the sky. They strut over the fields. And call loud songs & chatter to eachother.
Mum would go nuts over those cranes. They would be beautiful to watch, aye?

Crikey Mistykin .... I'd like to hear those woodpecker blokes. I thought they were like the roadrunner. You know ..... not real ...... just cartoon characters. You tellin' me they're for real!! S'pose the roadrunner is too!!

ReplyDeleteHowdy Charlie, fabo bird noises. We don't think we've ever heard that bird. Are they particular to Queensland? We don't do the cocking of the head thing when we hear something. We just bark, and bark, and bark, well you get the picture, ahahahahaha. Oh we're naughty.
ReplyDeleteNo worries, and love, Stella and Rory
